To produce PARCEL_ADDRESS_AREA , PARCEL_AREA is spatially joined to ADDRESS_POINT to obtain address attributes, KROLLIDX_AREA to obtain a Kroll page reference, INTRMPAA_AREA to obtain potential annexation area attributes, and PLSS_AREA to obtain section-township-range. It is also joined on PIN to RPACCT_EXTR, PARCEL_EXTR, CONDOCOMPLEX_EXTR, and CONDOUNIT_EXTR to obtain property, taxpayer, and assessment related attributes from the KC Assessor office.
